Anti-corrosion TPU seal
Polyurethane seals are seals made of polyurethane rubber. The service temperature is -30℃ to 100℃.
Polyurethane seals are better than nitrile rubber in terms of low temperature performance, wear
resistance, mechanical strength, and air tightness.
Neoprene and other material seals, polyurethane seals are used in O-shaped gaskets of pneumatic
shock absorbers on railways.
It is installed on various mechanical equipments and plays a role of sealing under static or moving state.
Polyurethane seals are widely used in machine tools, ships, automobiles, aerospace equipment,
metallurgical machinery, chemical machinery, engineering machinery, construction machinery, mining
machinery, petroleum machinery, plastic machinery, agricultural machinery, and various instruments
and meters.

square meters with 22 Technician and engineer.
Kaflon is equipped with European imported seal cutting equipment and multiple sets of spring tension
testers, Seals low temperature test equipment, and Laser welding machine.In detailed: There are 3
imported CNC turning centers / 5 CNC lathes / 2 laser welding machines, milling machines / suction
machines / push table saws / band saws, 2 high-precision optical size detectors, and 3 sets of
experimental platforms under -200 degree to 400 degree.
