The types of fracturing fluids used in fracturing operations include water-based fracturing fluid,
oil-based fracturing fluid, alcohol-based fracturing fluid, emulsion fracturing fluid, foam fracturing
fluid and energy-enhancing fracturing fluid. No matter what kind of fracturing fluid, they all contain
more than ten kinds of additives, the composition is very complicated. And the fracturing fluid is
required to have good sand carrying performance. During the entire fracturing operation, the
construction pressure can reach more than 100MPA, and the operation time can even exceed 2 hours.
The working pressure is high and the working time is long, which puts forward strict requirements
on the use of Vale rubber.
The oil field special Vale rubber is mainly made of polyurethane. When the density of rigid polyurethane
is 35～40kg/m3, the thermal conductivity is only 0.018～0.024w/(m.k)
