The encapsulated O-ring takes into account the chemical resistance of tetrafluoroethylene and the 

elasticity of rubber. It is made of outer plastic coated rubber, which is resistant to almost all chemical 

media. It is mainly used for pumps and valves, heat exchangers, boilers, and filters. Reactor, reaction 

vessel, pressure vessel, pipeline flange, mechanical seal, gas compressor, extraction equipment, etc.

There are three types of outer plastics:

1. (FEP) Polyfluoroethylene propylene, temperature resistance -20℃~200℃, general purpose;

2. (PFA) polyperfluorinated with alkoxy, temperature resistance -20℃~260℃, high temperature resistance 

3. Double-layer PTFE, resistant to high and low temperature, -50℃~260℃, special corrosion;

There are two main types of inner rubber:

1. Silicone Rubber (SIL)

2. Fluorine rubber (FKM)
