Product Introduction

spring-energized U-cup that uses a variety of jacket profiles, spring types and materials in rod and piston, face and rotary seal configurations. They are used when elastomeric seals fail to meet temperature range, chemical resistance or friction requirements.

Jacket profiles are made from PTFE and other high performance polymers. Spring types are available in corrosion-resistant alloys, including stainless steel, Elgiloy and Hastelloy.

The reinforcement provided by glass fiber can increase the latent resistance, thermal conductivity and thermal deformation of plastics, and therefore can significantly improve the ability of plastics to resist load and abrasion.

Another common name for molybdenum disulfide is "Moly", which is mainly used as an additive resistant agent for nylon plastics. Molybdenum disulfide acts like a crystallization agent to increase the crystallinity of nylon, so that the nylon material produces a harder and more abrasive surface. Molybdenum disulfide has a high affinity for metals. Once adsorbed on the metal surface, the molecules of molybdenum disulfide will fill the pores of the metal surface that can only be seen with a microscope, and make the metal surface smoother.

Q1: Can I get sample ?

A: Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.

Q2: How long is the sample leading time?

A: For existing samples, it takes about 2 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 3-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.

Q3: How long is the production lead time?

A: It takes about 15 days for MOQ.

Q4: How much is the freight charge?

A: To save cost for you and in order that you can get goods earlier, we suggest to deliver by express for small quantity. For large quantity, we suggest to deliver by sea.
