Features of Spring energized PTFE seal:
Through the combination of different sealing materials and springs, different sealing forces can be

It is made by special CNC processing machine, no mold cost-especially suitable for a small number of
various seals;
Chemical resistance and heat resistance are far better than commonly used seal rubbers, with stable
dimensions, and no volume swelling or shrinkage-induced sealing performance degradation;
Exquisite structure, can be installed in a standard O-ring groove;
Significantly improve the sealing capacity and service life;
Any anti-pollution material can be filled in the groove of the seal, but it is not suitable for radiation environment;
Because the sealing material is Teflon, it is very clean and will not pollute the process. The friction
coefficient is extremely low, and it is very smooth even in extremely low-speed applications, with
no stick-slip effect;
