Sulfur resistant Radial seal
Radial Lipseal is a U-shaped Teflon high-performance seal with a special spring inside.
The sealing lip (surface) is pushed out by the appropriate spring force and the system fluid
pressure to gently press the sealed metal surface to Produce a very excellent sealing effect.
Teflon (PTFE) is a kind of sealing material with better chemical resistance than perfluororubber and
good heat resistance. It can be applied to most chemical fluids, solvents, hydraulic oils and lubricating
oils. Its swelling property is very high. Therefore, the sealing performance can be exerted for a long time,
and various special springs can be used to overcome the elastic problem of Teflon or other high-
performance rubber and plastics, and the most replaceable seals that can be used in static or dynamic
(reciprocating or rotating motion) are developed. The operating temperature can range from refrigerant
to 300℃, and the pressure is from vacuum to ultra-high pressure 700kg, and the moving speed can
reach up to 20m/s.
