The seal provided by kaflon boasts a low coefficient of friction and minimal friction between contact faces, making it the ideal seal for a wide range of applications. Thanks to its low contact pressure and excellent wear resistance, it can work without lubrication and offers a long service life.

This virgin Teflon spring energized seal is perfect for use in high-speed and low-speed equipment with micro piston strokes, as well as other special operating conditions. It can even be used in conjunction with rotary seals, maintaining excellent sealing performance in highly turbulent or vibratory environments. Furthermore, it is highly adaptable to a wide range of working media, including oils and water with high and low temperatures, and is resistant to a wide range of chemicals.

Our seals are made from high-quality materials, including stainless steel springs and PTFE composites such as PTFE+bronze (brown, green), PTFE+glass (white, blue), PTFE+carbon (black), and virgin PTFE (white).

Other special materials are also available. The seal comes in three different spring styles: U shaped spring, O shaped spring, and round wire spring.

This seal is perfect for use in a variety of applications, including aircraft and aerospace, medical instrumentation, liquid chromatography, petroleum and chemical process equipment, pumps, valves, compressors, and mechanical seals.

It is designed for single-acting sealing of reciprocating piston rods or pistons, and can operate within a wide pressure range of up to 20 MPa, and at temperatures ranging from -200°C to + 250°C. It has a diameter range of 3 mm to 1600 mm and can operate at speeds of up to 5 m/s.
